We squeezed into a safari truck and off we went around the island with Elmo! Our island safari guide was the best part of the trip. He spent the day cracking jokes and running us all over the backroads of Antigua. At one point, he passed by a local schoolyard.....and all the kids came running out shouting "Elmo! Elmo! Elmo!"
This was our first ever island safari.....so we didn't know what to expect. As it turns out, just lots of bumps and a few beach-side pit stops for a drink or swim. The only good photo-ops we had were overlooking some of the scenic hillsides around the island.
